TOWN OF CENTER NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Center will consider the adoption of a partial code of ordinances entitled, “Town of Center Code of Ordinances” at a Public Town Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the Town Hall, N3990 State Road 47.

The code revisions pertain to the following topics:

Chapter 16 – Mobile Home Ordinance

TOWN OF CENTER NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Center enacted revisions to the code of ordinances entitled “Town of Center Code of Ordinances” on Monday, August 14, 2017. This code revision pertains to the Town of Center updating Chapter 4 Entitled Regulations on Burning (Industrial & Commercial Zoned Only).  The purpose of this ordinance is to prohibit or strictly control the burning of materials in commercially and industrially zoned areas of the Town of Center.  The penalties for violating the ordinance will be $250 for the 1st violation, $500 for the second violation and $1,000 for the 3rd violation and subsequent violations.  Click on the link below for the full text of the revised code and penalties for infractions.

Annual Open Book and Board of Review will be August 22, 2017

The Town of Center’s annual Open Book and Board of Review will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the Town Hall – N3990 State Road 47, Appleton.  The open book will take place from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and the Board of Review will immediately follow from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
